About R Naat

R Naat is a Punjabi musician and composer who works in the Punjabi music industry. He was born on 15 August 1989 in Bareta village of Mansa, Punjab, India. His height is 5’8″. He did his schooling at the Government Public School in Bareta and graduated from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar. Satpal Sharma is his father’s name and Guddi Rani is his mother’s name. He has two siblings named Ravi Sharma.

Earlier his name was Nait Ram which he changed to R Nait when he entered the Punjabi music industry as well. In the year 2015 also he got success in music with the track Lancer 2. After this, he sang 2800, Jagirdar, Tera Mukh, Tera Pind, Lootera, and other songs with Afsana Khan. Poison, which he co-wrote with Sidhu Moosewala, is also his favorite release.

Despite the fact that R Nate has emerged as famous in 2019 as well. And yet, he began to struggle in 2015. 2800, a song about a heroin addict, was his first successful song. He also started his singing career in 2015 with the song Lancer 2.

However, even on 3 March 2016, he became famous with the single 2800. After that, he has given many superhit films including Defaulter, Kali Range, Lootera and others.

• R Nait was passionate about a singing career and started participating in singing competitions in college and decided to become a singer one day.
• Even after completing his graduation, R Nait started his struggle to become a popular Punjabi singer and started posting his singing videos on various social media platforms.
• Even after a bit of struggle and selling his agricultural land, he made his singing debut in the year 2015 through the song “Lancer 2”.
• Later he came out with songs like Records Torda, Jagirdar, Tera Pind, Bachelor, Chunni, and “2800”, which came into the limelight as the song was also based on drug addiction and unemployment.
