Also in 2013, Karan Deol made his debut as an assistant director in the film Yamla Pagla Deewana 2, directed by Sangeet Sivan. Later in 2019, Karan played the lead role in the Bollywood film Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas directed by his father Sunny Deol opposite Sahher Bambba.
